If you are having issues with the form please email us your submission to The Alchemical Art Space: thealchemicalartspace@gmail.com (put in the the name of the exhibition in the subject line).Follow the guidelines below before emailing your submission to us:
Artwork details (title, size, medium and price). (e.g. "Untitled", 50 x 70 cm, Oil on Canvas, Cost.
Your bio! A short bio about the artist / artwork (135 words max, written in the 3rd person).
Your email, website and social media (if these are applicable)
Image Requirements: 1-4 images (jpeg format, up to 5MB each image). Please name each file with the title of each artwork (e.g. "Untitled.Jpeg").
Video Requirements: MP4 format up to 100MB
After you email us we will review your submission get back to you in 3-5 business days regarding outcome.

Yes it’s free to submit. If you are accepted there is a small participation fee.

Anyone! We encourage artists of all backgrounds to apply. All mediums are accepted and include (but not limited to) painting, photography, printmaking, video art, installation, films, sculpting, mixed media, poems, illustration, digital, ML/AI and more.
It does not matter if you are overseas, we welcome international artists! -
The virtual exhibition allows attendees to view the artwork in a 3D environment from desktop or mobile.

Social Media Spotlight: Your art receives a special dedicated feature post on all our channels (this isnt offered on many competitors & is usually an additional service/fee).
Targeted Paid Ads: Unlike other platforms that rely solely on their social media following, we take a different approach. We strategically place your art in front of potential buyers and interested parties beyond our own following. We understand that follower count doesn't always equate to genuine art buyers. Our goal is to connect your work with the right audience, ensuring maximum exposure and real opportunities for sales and recognition.

Artists retain 100% of all sales that are made during the show, 0% gallery commissions.
We will link your work & artist profile to the details that you give us (e.g social media, website, contact email etc etc) -
Our team combs through all entries to ensure we have received all the correct information from you. From there, we will send you a Submission Confirmation from us when this has been done (or, a request for additional information). If you have not received a Submission Confirmation email from us, your entry has not been received. Due to the large volume of entries we receive, your Submission Confirmation email can take up to 5 business days to be sent to you (after you submit the application form)
