György Sütő
Artist Bio
György Sütő was born in Zenta, on the territory of the former Yugoslavia, in 1979. He currently works as a nurse in a nursing home. He started working with the airbrush technique 4 years ago. He does not strive for precise, photorealistic representation.
He prefers to work from within, dealing with the most cherished, fundamental feelings of the human soul. His subject is almost always the human being, with his own inner events, feelings, basic fears… He likes the organic, biomechanical direction, where the living intertwines with the lifeless, the real with the unreal… He likes the surrealist biomechanical trends, where they try to blur conscious mental events with the unconscious world.

'Freedom' , 60x80 cm, airbrush, acrylic, stretched canvas, 1800 Euro. A white dove flying freely. A truly spectacular symbol of peace.
'War/Peace' 70×100 cm, airbrush, acrylic, paper, frame, glass 2400 Euro. Weapons, drugs, money. The holy trinity of our society today, which is the engine of wars. And with the dove of peace that offers hope.
'Dreams', 60x80 cm, airbrush, acrylic, stretched canvas, 1800 Euro. Peace fills our hearts when we see a child playing with glass balls. We remember our childhood, when peace reigned in our souls.
'Bubbles' , 80x60 cm, airbrush, acrylic, stretched canvas, 1800 Euro. Peace fills our souls when we can enjoy the sight of soap bubbles as they are blown by the wind. We can be children again...
"Slavery or freedom?", Size: 60x80 cm, Technique: airbrush, acrylic, canvas, Price: 1800 Euro, Description: For me, the world of luxury cars has sunk to the level of status symbols in this painting. A “tower” of stacked, rusting cars is, in my imagination, a symbol of the ever-greedy consumer society’s insatiable appetite, which reaches for the sky… We decide our fate: whether we follow the rhythm dictated by the “hamster wheel” or free ourselves from our chains.
"Timeless beauty", Size: 60x80 cm, Technique: airbrush, acrylic, canvas, Price: 1800 Euro, Description: For me, the blurring of the boundaries between living and inanimate forms is also very important. The symbol of the clock, which merges with the shape of the grape cluster, is a symbol of spiritual maturity, of becoming a wise person.
"Spring", Size: 60x80 cm, Technique: airbrush, acrylic, canvas, Price: 1800 Euro, Description: My goal was to capture the mood, “flavor” of spring with the theme, the colors. It is the starting work of an independent series, in which I tried to capture the eternal spring experience in the freshness of the combination of tender fruits and young female faces.
